We are not liable for any damages caused by using our products. Please do not use our products while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us.
 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. We will offer a refund or replacement item for any defective items you receive. Contact us if you have any questions.

 
Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 days for items to ship. Once items are sent out you will be provided with a tracking number. Dock Hooker is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience. We try our best to keep all products in stock and ready to ship.
 

​We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.

At this time, we do not ship out of the United States. Shipping and taxes will vary by location and State. Any items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may have extra shipping charges added.
